Missing In Action + Vlogging?

I vanished again. Truth be told, I actually was mostly away from my laptop for the past week. I needed a break from my laptop, just from the internet and all that, I guess. During this week, I started plotting a new story (potentially a series) on paper. I’ve got thirteen handwritten pages of information about it now.

Needless to say, my right hand isn’t overly happy now, but it was nice to actually work in a more natural way. I’ll continue the plotting for this on paper, then type it all up into a file – eventually.

Aside from that, I’ve just taken time to relax and do other things. I’ve been reading, playing video games, helping my mom with cooking, and watching tv shows with my parents. It’s a nice break and it took this break for me to really realize that not being online every second of every day isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

On the contrary.

That aside, things will be continuing as usual here. My giveaway has ended and emails with the coupon codes should be heading out as soon as I talk to Elisa Nuckle about it.

Moving on, I also started thinking about something else:

Vlogging

Admittedly, I’m a person who absolutely hates cameras and everything that has to do with them. Don’t be surprised if I eventually write some form of story about how cameras steal souls or something. Cliché? Probably. I’ve never really liked having my picture taken and I run away screaming gracefully decline when the opportunity arises.

See? A picture. I took it yesterday. I can do it!

Videos. Now that’s an entirely different thing. I guess part of the reason I’m considering it is because it will help me be less nervous about things like talking in front of people and facing soul-stealing devices getting my picture taken.

So, I wanted to ask all of you for your opinions! Would you be interested in seeing occasional vlogs from me? If so, what should they focus on? General things, a more in-depth and personal look on my writing-related posts, short reading of snippets of my work? If you have ideas or preferences, let me know in a comment!

I’d love to hear what you have to say!
